The Solution: Sentiment analysis pipelines
PraiseGuard leverages LLM-driven sentiment analysis. When a customer scans a receipt or QR code to submit feedback, the system parses the text in real-time.
Positive reviews are directed to Google Business Profile or Yelp. Negative feedback triggers an automated alert, opening a private support ticket for the business owner to resolve the issue directly with the customer.
The Impact: 70% decrease in negative public reviews
By resolving issues privately, local businesses using PraiseGuard saw a 70% decrease in negative public ratings, while increasing positive reviews by 3x in the first month.
